Goodnight friends! Felt like a pretty fair start for both the weather and myself, fresh pale blue sky with only a few low, scudding white clouds. Wet grass glittering, lilac fibrecaps and hawthorn berries alight with pure gleaming hues. Slept decently and felt pretty fit! Unfortunately, without much warning, newly familiar flushes of nausea, shivers and fever-flushed warmth as well as deep, leaden malaise made a reappearance after I took a walk. I’m really misunderstanding this pretty unusual type of relapse it seems like, I need to really think about ways of scaling back my activity more radically and for at least a bit longer.
