Goodnight friends! Tumbledown ivory towers and wind-licked fishbone streaks of cloud, air warm again but not nearly so blazing. Lawns spangled golden with gravely nodding hawksbeards, the cunning seedheads of rosebay willowherb split neatly into feathery-whiskered quatrefoil grapnel tips.
Slept very little and poorly last night, waking to sticky painful nausea. Thankfully recovered over the day, but memory and thinking remained lost in an intermittent foggy haze. I could draw, but only for short periods – the same with most tasks that require sitting upright.
May we find a compassionate understsnding and acceptance of our limits and boundaries today!
