Goodnight friends! Remaining in the slightly cooler but still summery feeling 16°c range, broad ribbons and banners of thin cloud in a bright sky, slowly disintegrating rayed comets liek feathers and fish bones, pale white translucent drybrush sweeps. Squirrely scrabble and rustle everywhere, pale lilac stars of multiplying crocuses among leaf litter smouldering campfire red wherever its brushed by a sweeping ray of golden sunlight.
Got to relax and rest through the morning, decompressing before a slow lunch, a brief walk and the TTRPG group meetup. Fortunately felt much recovered after a dryer night and better sleep, and felt able to last the whole session without too much trouble. A few sessions in, it gets easier as I gradually relax and learn to understand and trust the player group’s growing dynamic, giving them the floor and the chance to build their experience together more and more. Unsurprisingly still pretty shattered the rest of the day.
