Goodnight friends! Cooled down today, about 16°c, but still with a sharp crystalline clarity to the light, flat bright planes and glittering edges and hard, inky shadows. Sunlit raindrops thickly jewelling the undergrowtg. Little creatures everywhere, scarlet sparkle of ladybirds, yellow-barded wasps on humming patrols and the hapless swinging flight of long-limbed craneflies blundering in the grass. Doing better, pain less constantly saw-edged and more manageable, but still a heavy stamina deficit. Sleep remains unpredictable and generally poor, which also contributed to the drowsy, lagging feeling. A lovely visit and lunch with a friend, but my emergy didn’t last too long and I spent a lot of the afternoon in a half-absent haze of recovery. Gradually feeling further improvement over the evening though, hopefully continuing recovery and a light hangout with the TTRPG group tomorrow if I’m feeling okay.
