Goodnight friends! Clouds and fine rain overnight but warming up quickly still, a little warmer even, up to 20°c and very wide, almost empty brilliantly blue skies. Trembling rivulet of sunlit gold gradually thicken among the canopies of birch and linden and wild pear trees, and below ever more autumn crocuses light up like pale purple candleflames flaring among emerald grass and rust red leaves.
Struggling to move far or keep track of things today, worse sleep and much heavier malaise than I was expecting, spikes of pain unravelling my thoughts. Sitting slumped in a dazed, tangled fugue for long unknown periods. Very grateful to my girlfriend for bringing me out on a short walk leaning on her arm to get a little light and movement.
May we find rest and healing today!
