Goodnight friends! A steady, dry humming heat of 25°c, light filtering through drooping birch boughs. Nearby a shimmering pool, yellow flag irises waving in the breeze among the rushes. Clouds very thin and ribbony in a blanched blue sky, but denser come evening – although not nearly so overcast as last night, pale lilac streaks half-visible in a soft blue sky above a broad burnt orange band of sunset light.
A fun but long day out, going to panels, perusing the art market, out for dinner with out of town friends. A little bit of a blur of experience all packed together that will need to defragment over the next few days.
