Goodnight friends! Far brighter and hotter, as high as 16°c in the early afternoon. Not sustained enough to warm stone but the still, dry air had a faint palpable pressure, a soft pulse on my skin as I walked past a row of trees, in and out of their long, cool inky shadows. Celandines seem to have multiplied again, mirror-bright blazes of yellow sparking all across the grass, some with long slender petals, others stouter and more oval. Pink-blushing beaks of tulip buds just peeking through among their glossy scroll leaves.

Awoke feeling fairly fresh, not quite stabilised my sleep schedule but getting closer, and not disturbed by too much of a drop in pressure overnight. Slowly ramped up my activity level with careful breaks to prepare for judo, and felt a good bit more together and alert this week.

May we find new opportunities to learn and grow today!
