Goodnight friends! A reprieve from the thin foggy haze and grey skies, a 10°c day that really felt like it with high, swirling white clouds ragged-edged and allowing slow rays of clear brightness to slide across dew-wet grass. Golden stars of celandines spreading across the grass, while hollows and nooks are still flooded with blue sparks of squill. More overcast as the day went on though, with a little scattered rain in the evening.
Maybe not quite re-stabilised after the weekend yet, mostly felt fairly fresh but brief passages of deep heaviness and lethargy. Judo was a cautious trial today, stayed out of any sparring and took things slow and easy. I checked a bit belatedly, and my lymph nodes are a little enlarged and tender, often a warning sign to slow down a little.
May we treat each other with care and gentleness today!
