Goodnight friends! A dry, cool blustering wind and faint drybrush white clouds to begin with. Slowly clouded over from the early afternoon on as the temperature rose, from brisk 10° to a slightly stuffy 13°c. The atmosphere became hazy mist grey and clammy, coalescing into a dense fall of silent drizzle towards evening. Deep blueish purple squills are opening up, tiny dog violets among the leaf litter,, a few more celandine buds thrusting their way up among linden boles and the low sheltering mounds of cyclamen foliage.
Finally resolved the much-delayed phone appointment in the morning after going over to my girlfriend’s place for phone reception. Afterwards she helped me trace a path to resolving the few difficulties it brought up, mainly a bunch of bank admin, and we had lunch together. Took a walk before clouds fully smothered the sky, and a long, half dazed rest for most of the rest of the day.
May we find our places in networks of mutual support and uplift today!
