Goodnight friends! Wide brown puddles again, rain continued through the night and returned sporadically as whispering grey drizzle from a swirling grey sky throughout the day, though the clouds opened up a few bright blue slivers and a broad silvery slash of sunset light. Around 3°c still, but much more clammy and less of a sharp frosty feeling. More sprouting bristly patches of vivid green leaves, maybe some of them squills, ready to joint the queue of spring heralds with the crocuses and snowdrops and wild daffodils.

Much more sedate and low-key day as rain-ached swelled and I set my intention on resting from a busy Saturday. A relaxed pre-sleepover evening with my girlfriend, reading books on the sofa together. We’re aiming to get up early and head to her place tomorrow, where hopefully I’ll have proper phone reception for the rerun at my benefits harassment call.

May we find fresh perspectives and consider new ideas and approaches today!
