Goodnight friends! A fleeting but beautiful change in the weather, from days of dim low clouds to a stark and open blue morning. Not far above freezing with scattered silvery pockets of frost in the shade, but I thought I felt a faint touch of sun-warmth even through the cold, scraping breeze. As dark fell bruisy purplish clouds began to gather, and there are warnings that th overnight rain will turn to sleet.
Felt more awake today, far less stiff and unsteady. A fairly full day, with a midday outing to the park with my girlfriend and her dog, then, after a long rest, a quiet dinner out with a few friends. Not really energy for much else at all, but hopefully pacing things out like this will allow me to recover smoothly.
May we open ourselves to discovery, wonder amd surprise today!
