Goodnight friends! Definitely getting warmer, nearly 10°c, and without the abrasive, scouring wind. Rain still falling almost constantly, from fine mist-like floating droplets to a slivery percussive hiss that leapt up a little on glossy-wet concrete. Clouds more dilute and smoky, vague drifting patches of pale blue visible in the afternoon.
Slept better and woke up in far less pain, I think the rising temperature definitely helped a bit. Went out for a few hours to a lunch meet-up in the city. Had support from my girlfriend and paced myslef more sensibly than usual, leaving before I felt myself start to sag with fatigue. A slow and restful rest of the day, keeping things under control.
May we find a sense of balance and stability in our lives today!

Photo of a candleflame patch of long pointed purple crocus buds, still tightly closed on thin whitish stems and thickly beaded with raindrops.
