Goodnight friends! Abruptly much harsher, a night of droning gusts and a day hovering just above freezing, lightless dishwater skies and a bitter breeze carrying droplets of thin cutting drizzle through a misty atmosphere. Snowdrops and crocuses battered and knocked askew, a snarling tangle of fallen twigs strewn across lawns. As dark fell so did rain, quickly transforming into sleet that lay atop the grass like a layer of sludgy gravel.
Kept faith with myself by skipping judo and taking the day slow, giving myself a bigger margin for safety and a full recovery, making it more likely I won’t be spreading anything as well. Everything easy and as mindful as I could, did some light drawing, took a longer walk just to stretch my limbs a tiny bit.
May we renew our curiosity and find new understanding and insights today!
