Goodnight friends! Much more changeable and a little warmer, a fairly steady 4°c that felt much warmer in the twinkling sunlight, and freezing during brief spates of gloomy, bitterly cold drizzle. Clouds sliding from thin haze into blocks of looming slate, pockmarked snow dissolving into blue-white archipelagos, revealing bubbly towers of worm casts, the coiled and writhing mud still frozen rock-solid.
Definitely a trend of increasing energy I think, able to do a few small tasks and activities without being pressed down by a huge feeling of exhaustion. Prepared for my second round of trial medication starting tomorrow. First night back at judo this year, feeling very rusty and pacing things down slow, conscious of how rough my health was for a while towards the end of December.
May we find a greater sense of agency and self-efficacy today!
