Goodnight friends! A little warmer at times, up to 8°c, but also tumbling fitfully to around 3 or 4°. Sharp breezes from a brilliant, shifting sky, clouds in streaks and heavy bars and gauzy feathers.
Recovery not continuing as dramatic as yesterday, definitely feels like an upward slope but a shallower, gloomier one than it seemed. Ebbing very quickly still on physical activity, which also produced spikes of nausea, and hard to rest comfortably due to joint pain amping back up a little. Did manage to shave though, immensely cathartic feeling of regaining some agency.
May we find, and share, gentleness and calm today!
