Goodnight friends! A fairly constant 8°c, feeling sharper with a steady thin breeze that kept clouds off until late afternoon. Bare and brilliant azure sky, golden motes of leaves flickering on the wind. Gulls still floating on the air, pale flanks now glinting like polished steel. More overcast after dark. The moon, just a few degrees til full, burned cold and silver in a halo of wispy clouds.
A careful and steady day, a bunch of medical study questionnaires then gradually stretching off and building up to judo. Feels good to feel more mobile and energetic on a clear day, feels great be able to get moving and exert myself after a few days last week of feeling a bit disconnected from my body.
