Goodnight friends! Brittle and bright, a similar pattern to yesterday’s weather and still hovering just a little above freezing. Largely empty blue skies during the brief daylight hours interspersed with a few periods of pale smothering grey. In the shadowy hollows of the grass a few telltale white stars of leftover frost cling to the moss.

Pain and general recovery largely manageable, but heavily fatigued by the cold. Felt fairly robust – relarively speaking – to start, but needed long hours of rest between taking a brief walk and doing anything else. A lot of the day after that lying under a blanket.

May we find a sense of agency and purpose in our lives today!
