Goodnight friends! Clouds a little lower and heavier, still patchy but not whipped along quite sof ast by the wind, lingering long enough to drop a slow scattering of rain. Little bluetits bold among the hollies in their yellow and azure livery, squirrels waiting for gaps between pedestrians to bounce across pavements crackly and pebbled with acorns cracked underfoot. Sycamore leaves blotchy pink and green and grey, drying out like clenched and agued hands.
Still struggling to catch up decently on sleep, alternately too hot and too cold and both at once, moderate feverish aches and mental confusion, treacley slippage of time and memory. Frustrated by the sluggish feeling in my body, finally got back to doing some stretching and mobility to reconnect a bit, but needed a long recuperation period. Overall a little dreary, but trying to stay relaxed and patient.
May we grant each other, along with ourselves, warmth and kindness today!
