Good evening friends! Coldest day of the season so far I think, frost still glinting among the grass and solidifying the tracked, boot-churned mud into a rubbery moonscape at midday. Clouds returning but so far only in ghostly chimerical shapes, plumes and serpents and swirling striped atmospheres of far-off worlds. Everything had that breathless quiet of great cold or great heat, and I saw a small cinnamon-brown deer grazing among the ivy-hung trees.

Felt so grateful today for the moments of strength and energy I had – scattered between struggles, but enough to take care of myself and have a little fun.

May we find a sense of balance amd harmony within ourselves & with each other today!
