Goodnight friends! The beginning of the day was like the past few compressed down, dramatic flashes of sunbeams between the rattle of wind and dour hissing of thin rain, all passing quickly and repeating through until late afternoon. Then, for a short while at least an evening of respite and clear, gentle skies, low sunlight flashing and glinting gold from windowpanes.

Crushing, aching pain radiating from my joints and full-body malaise dominated much of the day again. Easily confused and exhausted but concentration somewhat improved, especially as the gloomy low pressure eased off in the latter part of the day.

May we find moments of surprise and wonder in thr fabric of our daily lives today!
