Goodnight friends! Colder and much brighter, down to 14°c, rainclouds temporarily drained and buffered away. Fallen leaves crisping up again, ruby gleam on the darkening hawthorn berries –almost rhe ideal of a sunny early autumn day. Faint breeze and the warmth of the sun just enough to again pick up and waft the thick sour manure scent of silage from the fields across the town.
Yesterday’s fatigue and aches lingering. The slow decline of autumn is starting to settle in and I’m going out for a meal with my girlfriend and her family tomorrow, so conscious that I need to save up my energy a bit. Little fragments of writing and household tasks, spaced out along with a walk and some esteetches between long recovery periods.
May we find patience and thoughtfulness today!
