Goodnight friends! Warm, with an ominous, heavy white sky to start with, and around midday the sky burst into an impressive, hammering rainstorm that swallowed the world in a murky greyscale blur of noise and notion. Slackened off to a more usual dim drizzle, and then dissolved away, leaving a stark open azure vault strewn with thin scraps of white lace clouds. Continuing heat, now dry and dazzling, soon left only a dreamlike hazy impression of the wet, humid morning.
Unsurprisingly weary and malaised, poor sleep and the regular whiplash of exertion. Mind feeling a little overburdened with decisions and information too, preparing for an interview tomorrow about the possibility of participating in an ME/CFS clinical trial.
May we find space for slowness and thoughtful patience in our lives today!
