Goodnight friends! Temporarily tugged towards a more regular daily rhythm by the warm gravity of my girlfriend’s less eccentric sleep cycle again. We’ve spent the whole weekend together, trading off making meals, trading off resting and using the drawing tablet in shifts as we both work on our projects. A small low key outing today, to a group picnic in the park.

A sky of mixed and flickering sun and shade, up to 24°c, though there’s still a brooding, prickly feeling to the air. A few fun introduced parkland trees to spot. Dozens on dozens, maybe hundreds, of knopper galls with their flanged and fleshy mutant sculptural convolutions strewn in a ritual circle, dropped by an oak tree. Dun juvenile tufted ducks, their eyes not yet piercing yellow, diving in the pond while a row of bright white gulls looked on.

May we share, collaborate, build and grow our ideas together today!
