Goodnight friends! Dour and sticky in the morning, slow squeeze of pressure culminating in a dense, almost foggy curtain of fast thin rain, a long rheumy wet hour. After it cleared, it really cleared, clouds fully spent into evaporation. Grass began to sparkle and within a few hours even deep pockets of dew were steaming away. Wild apples repolished, poplars trembling and roaring in a sweet warm wind.
A pretty good and restful recovery day, easing up after an achey start. Gently in and out of sleep a few times, loafed around after lunch and took a short walk with my girlfriend and her dog.
