Goodnight friends! Overbearing humidity still like damp animal breath on the back of my neck, sky streaky slate grey but not quite so low or bloated. Rain stayed away excepting a few flecks of the thinnest drizzle, despite a few rumbling threats. Mophead hydrangeas plump and luridly bright pink and purple, most of the early summer wildflowers faded away. The first starry pink orpine flowerlets beginning to open in densely-packed heads.

Slow to get started and finding myself procrastinating a lot, basking in the feeling of a fairly mobile, and only nominally aching, bosy. I think the intense pain of the past few days really took a lot more out of me than I thought. Definitely more mobile and energetic though, and abreal desire to move. Another slow, sweaty and slightly dizzy session at judo, but picking up things decently well.

May we find moments and people to be grateful for today!
