Goodnight friends! Rocky, low-energy days continue, not spacing out so much or losing time despite still sleeping poorly, just the malaise and a deep, burning taut-nerve discomfort. Meditation still not doing much for me, too much fractious ststic of noise in my brain to really get anywhere close to a star off focus or relaxation.
Temperature rising, up above 30°c, the air feeling dense with a kiln pressure of warmth. Even in the evening when I finally managed to get outside the pavement, buildings, gravestones all gave off a faint radiant heat. Pink and lilac hydrangeas seem scorched and faded at the edges.
May we find calm and patience in our lives today!
