Goodnight friends! A gloomy morning, scattered by rising breezes scented with warm hay sweetness and the inky sour taste of wet earth. Overnight puddles dried out and bees returned to swarm the mallows and knapweed. Wind carded the clouds out into long fine wiry tendrils, crows drifting and idly swooping. Evening stilled, and heavy grey-bellied cumulus began to swiftly gather in again, though what little rain has come in overnight has been light and nearly silent.

Sleep patchy and stamina still feels much reduced, needing long rests between even mild bouts of focus or activity. General pain and malaise are no longer dominating the day though, I’m not feeling so stressed by basic life maintainance.

May we find a sense of play and free exploration in our thinking and actions today!
