Goodnight friends! A fairly steady 23°c, clouds part and shift and close, lumpy granite cumulus edged in brilliant silver and high, thready cirrus alternating. Spotted my first lone ripe blackberry of the season. Strobing semaphore flash of small white butterflies dancing over the dry and swaying grass.

Slept long and deep and awoke really wiped out, the disruption of my delicately paced daily rhythms and the effort of lugging and assembling my new bedframe really caught up with me. Fortunately my girlfriend had stayed over and took care of me while I ever so gradually tried to wake up and get myself moving.

May we find gentleness and compassion and mutual support today!
