Goodnight friends! Around 25°c at the hot peak of the afternoon, fitfully piercingly bright and overcast. Shaggy clouds swept over and past by a warm bluster of breeze whipping at branches, smelling of dry grass.
Felt much better today, having rested a lot yesterday and the weather having evened out somewhat for now. Back to stretching, and back at judo after a few weeks absorbed by various adventures. Very sweaty in the heatz and everything feeling a little awkward and ungainly, but gradually re-finding some of the body sense.
May we find new ideas that help us make sense of the world today!
