Goodnight friends! Warm and mostly clear again, though with a little more cloud and a breathy wind that twinkled across swaying, silvery oat grass. 22°c at the peak of the day, blackbirds and thrushes chime-clear above the quiet sizzle of the breeze and grasshoppers. Rippling shadows rich blue-blacl beneath the trees.
Thankfully feeling like a pretty normal recovery day, drained, fatigued, a few twisting periods of intense pain, but nothing unusual. Keeping everything small and slow – starting to gradually packing up for a small trip for my birthday weekend, cooking dinner with my girlfriend.
May we make time to listen and learn from people with experiences beyond our own today!
