Goodnight friends! A little morning drizzle, but soon the sky was clear and pale blue, with only a few almost comically small and isolated littel puffball clouds. Temperature rising to 20°c, seeming to summon the first sustained rattling tick-tock song of stridulating common green grasshoppers, blades of grass trembling minutely in time with their efforts. Bright yellow trefoils flowering among the grass, treetops lit up in a stained glass green blaze of transmitted light.
Feeling much better overall. Body condition oscillating a lot more, periods of lightness and ease, then a crashing, debilitating impact of pain, burning and freezing in the same instant, coursing through my bones and grinding on for an hour or so. Shocking to realise a few days back this was closer to normal. Really encouraging step towards baseline.
May we find a nourishing balance between effort and relaxation in our lives today!
