Goodnight friends! A little bit of a crash day. Poor and fitful sleep, body creaking and twanging, joints feeling inflamed and chalky. Still trying to keep things as slowed down as possible while retaining some sense of interest and alertness.

Roiling, pondorous cloud coverhead as the wind dies down, not much sign left but the polka-dotting of pink petals everywhere. Springy, purposeful tendrils of bryony coil and grasp at the hedges of lawson’s cedar. Delicate ghostly-pale lilac cuckooflowers bloom among the grass.

May we find rest and renewal today!
