Goodnight friends! Beginning to cloud over again bit by bit, pale blue straits shrinking into islets between clouds increasingly thicker and greyer. As evening came on, a few tentative raindrops tapped against windows. Feeling a little warmer still, at least, above 0°c even after dark.
A fairly typical slow recovery day, not a huge amount of pain but deeply exhausted. Hauled myself out for a short walk, then took a long break until my girlfriend came over. We cooked one of our regular mid-week big batch meals together and comfortably, drowsily watched anime.
May we find space and time to recentre ourselves and find balance in our lives today!
