Goodnight friends! Slightly warmer and less oppressive-feeling, less foreboding greys in the smeared dome of clouds and buffeting chilly breeze quieting down. Ambiguous mist phasing into faint speckling drizzle and back.
Not feeling quite so shattered, I think despite the deep malaise and aches in my joints I’m not in too bad relative shape overall, the lingering deconditioning from my brief cold is mostly dealt with. Stretching a bit more regularly seems to have helped with the after effects too. I am still shuffling around and taking things slow though. Made dinner with my girlfriend, a gentle and easy routine.
