Goodnight friends! A chill-edged but relatively mild day. Scattered drizzle pearl-beading the grass. Bare branches stilled and long, low clouds like iron ingots drag their way across a white sky like a slow motion billow of silk. More signs of growth seem to be wherever I chance to properly look, crane’s-bill and creeping buttercup and slender trident wild carrot leaves, pale yellow crocus flames.
Quite a bit of recovery time needed, sluggish and all-over sore. A few small household bits managed, and another warm, tender dinner date with my girlfriend. We made a successful Thai-style coconut curry with a good few leftover portions for the week.
