Goodnight friends! Clinging, faint mist that muddled the edges of vision, not enough for dreamlike emergences and disappearances, just a sense of detachment from far-off treelines. The world seeming muffled during the day, traffic slow and cautious, only a few thin bubbling crow caws. After dark the mist thickened, cones of heavy light streaming down from lampposts, as if each was the apex of a tent of cobwebs. Up above against the dull plum sky 5th November firework sizzles and explosions came dull and harsh, sparks haloed in the drizzly damp air.

Felt much better for a few hours more sleep and a few days of rest. Pain a more understandable autumnal grinding thrum. Took things carefully, and managed a fairly sensible, energy efficient judo session.

May we find a renewed sense of passion and enthusiasm in our lives today!
