Goodnight friends! Not quite as summer-like as some recent days, but a pleasant break from drizzly haze too, around 15°c and mostly clear until late afternoon. Pearl-stippled grass sparkles, lemon yellow and terracotta mushrooms rise up in frothy clumps.
Definitely feeling some post-vaccination blues. Tired, achey and heavy, and generally pathetic-feeling – too cold all day despite fairly warm weather for the season, except for the sunburned uncomfortable heat of my face and ears. I began to feel a little less fragile in the afternoon and managed to get out for an abbreviated walk.
May we find space for play and silliness and laughter in our lives today!
