Goodnight friends! Feeling a deep chill beneath a smeared and hazy grey sky, not quite raining but the air saturated enough that droplets sometimes condensed onto my skin. Flowers fading and shrivelling, broad bare chunks of canopy with a slow constant downward drift of leaves.
Not sleeping great in the cold wet atmosphere, and not moving or thinking well either. Not too tired out from my little trip, but the general buildup of exhaustion feels a little crushing sometimes. Aiming to move forward with care this week, reducing my commitment, letting things go slack a little and claiming some breathing room.
May we find rest and healing today!
