Goodnight friends! As yesterday evening predicted, a very grey, still stuffy day. Dropping down below 20°c, but feeling just as warm, the air opressive, thick and wet as kettle steam. For a moment after dark as I was closing the curtain I locked eyes with a young fox, rangy and long with gawky, oversized ears, perfectly orange in a chemical amber lamppost glow before it trotted into the bushes.
A little creative work, and household cleanup, and a bit of movement too. A bit of further recovery despite the damp in the air so, since I was feeling a bit of energy but not much mental coordination I ended up doing variously satisfying little bits of stuff. Very slowly things progressing on various fronts.
May we find moments of deep sensory presence in our everyday rituals to enrich our lives today!
