Goodnight friends! Clearer and warmer, rising up to around 23°c, but still a very close, sweaty density to the air. Not many wide swathes of bare bright sky, always a vague glowering threat of rain. Thistles and willowherbs, ankle high hazy foam of Yorkshire fog grass, all adding hazy sparks of pink and purple to the heavy, smoky burnished dark greens of high summer.
A foggy-brained recovery day, no major particular aches or pains beyond the normal post-exertional malaise, muddling through and aiming to commit to care and replenishment.
May we make space to fully acknowledge, accept and learn from our feelings today!
