Goodnight friends! Pale grimy white skies through the morning, though with flickers and flashes of pale gold lengthening over the afternoon. Around 10°c and harsh, a sharp uncertain breeze sliding hungrily under collars and cuffs. The cool brightness of late afternoon, stabbing shafts of sunlight between long broken columns of cloudbanks racing away, brought out the thick creamy coconut aroma of gorse bushes thickly laden with lemon yellow blossom.
Sleep already seeming to settle towards a bad pattern, and a plucking pinching little symphony of muscle aches added to my tender feeling neck, but fortunately I was able to rest a lot of the day, so a little patience and organisation is hopefully most of what’s needed to keep pushing myself back on a healthy track.
May we find a sense of agency and purpose in our lives today!
