Goodnight friends! Hovering somewhere slightly but not very much warmer than yesterday, beneath a hazy veiled blue sky. The first crop of daffodils and crocuses are half spent, leaving an extravagant multicoloured confetti of spent flowerheads strewn about as more green lances rise up to replace them.
Pretty slow off the mark, struggling to get upright and thinking after another groggy night of aching joints. Mostly it was all about gradually stretching myself out and trying to get my brain working by the time judo rolled around. I still felt pretty dozy, but I got out there and kept on with slow, pleasantly grinding process of getting ideas and movements into my head.
