Goodnight friends! A spring-like feeling in the air today, the breeze softer and faintly scented with green sweetness. Mostly around 12°c and sunlit, kindly but disorienting weather. So much of this winter so far has seemed a shuffled muddle of autumn and spring days. A bold and glossy starling on the pavement, sleek purple-black breast pipped with neat white speckles.
A little tired and easily fatigued, ameliorated somewhat by the balmy weather. Ideally I would have liked to pace put my week a little more slowly somehow, but there are only so many days, and I had a medical appointment I needed to put on the schedule somewhere. Fortunately my girlfriend was able to take me, and we did a slow local meander afterward with a bit of food shopping, a fun variation for me since I mostly have to order groceries online.
