Goodnight friends! A soft mottled grey sky, burnished in parts to a pale royal yellow by diffuse sunlight. Enough of a tart, rough-edged breeze to keep it feeling very wintery even though though the temperature was mostly in the high single digits. An unseasonal-seeming sense of spring, fresh green shoots only multiplying.
Gently abuzz after heading home from the party, very nice to slowly decompress with my girlfriend after an already fairly low-key event. Still wore me out a bit, and too wary amd exhausted to get out and walk much, but seems like a much milder hangover than from most outings.
May we acknowledge our needs and limitations to ourselves and clearly communicate them to those who deserve our trust today!
