Goodnight friends! More heavy, drowsily low-hanging skies, more rain vacillating between prickly drizzle and dense leaden rattle. Sunlight, feeble and smoky, never able to make much of an impression, passed by all too quickly, wet pavements aglitter with a scaly orange sparkle.
Feeling some impatience now having to wait for the long tail of this illness to fade away – not much unusual discomfort and few symptoms left, the running nose and the cough, just enough to be inconvenient and faintly debilitating if I want to do much of anything.
