Goodnight friends! Glimpse of thin blue stripes beneath a cracked concrete lid of clouds early in the day, but hour by hour it darkened and sealed. Afternoon’s rain came fitful but heavy, crackling and thumping against windows. Moss glowing with plush emerald verdance, tiny white and pale lilac parasol mushrooms in the wet grass.
Feeling most of my symptoms definitely lessen, though a deep, damp hard cough is more strident than ever, hopefully just my body reflexively trying to clear my lungs. My first full slow circuit of the churchyard since the 25th or so, more than a little puffed out afterwards.
May we allow each other, and ourselves, grace and gentleness today!
