Good afternoon friends! Out into the woods for the first time in a while, thick with the complex, pungent bittersweet brandy scent of leaf mould and sour wild apples fermenting together on the forest floor. Squirrels wrestle and skirmish up above and down in the undergrowth. As I walked ribbons of pale blue began to show above, long caressing golden fingers reaching out between the trees.
Heavy, drowsy rest day feelings – trying to lean into the slow warmth and let go of the internal pressure to be productive.
May we find kindness and companionship today!
