Goodnight friends! Dull and mottled morning, cleared by scraping degrees under the patient scouring of a slight but still bitterly cold breeze, until canopies burned a brilliant firework yellow against an immense flat ice-blue vault of sky, even the oaks more copper than green now. Hovering in the mid single degrees c, every day seeming a little colder.
Cold weather definitely hitting me hard every day now, by mid afternoon I feel like every step is lugging a lead overcoat around with me, my thinking slowing to a crawl. Aiming to mindfully acknowledge the real deficit, while also working to pace and compensate as much as possible, keep stretching and doing periodic exercise to stay mobile.
