Goodnight friends! Crisp, bittersweetly bright cold afternoon following a hazy grey start again, clouds scoured and simmered away by stiff, lashing breezes and harsh cold sunlight. Trees ablaze with colour, a sharp feeling of distant frost on the air.
Fatigue and painful malaise very heavy today, a constricted leaden feeling that sank down over em for long periods, wearying me with the effort of taking each breath. My memory a cloudy blur but I know in the abstract I’ve been here before in cold weather, there’s an unpleasant familiarity to it all. That also means of course that this is something that will pass, and something I can adapt to as well.
