Goodnight friends! A fine fair sparkling morning, dew shining and cool on my ankles. Scattered hillocks of cloud began to darken and collapse over the day though and light flattened and diffused into a damp murky grey by mid afternoon.
My day followed a simular pattern of high to low, I woke relatively early and easy, feeling mobile and took a walk before lunch. I started packing for a small weekend trip with my girlfriend but early evening brought on a rapid and painful crash, with a long ghastly period of leaden paralysis and a feeling like each nerve was a smouldering fuse. Thankfully it eased off gradually, but I’m still feeling tender and wired, exhausted but still restless.
